Express January interest
We are aiming for 10-15 completed January-interest registrations to form a suitable, reachable starting group. This is a recruitment target: actual sessions are ideally 4-8 people, with a maximum of 10. Expressing interest or registering does not confirm a place.
The registration form is being updated for January. Its older weekly-session wording does not describe the new offer, so we are not linking to it here yet. For now, email us to express January interest. An email enquiry is not a completed first-time registration or a place confirmation; we will explain the next step when the updated form is ready.

A short email with your preferred name and interest in January is enough for now. Please do not send diagnosis, medical details, trauma histories, immigration status or other sensitive personal information. No phone number or website account is needed.
Already registered?
You do not need to register again, whether or not you previously attended. Email contact@connection-london.org to say you are interested in January. We will use your existing record and check only details or participation needs that have changed. An earlier registration or acceptance does not automatically reserve a January place.
How a January place will be confirmed
- New participants complete the updated one-time registration when it is ready. Existing registrants express January interest by email.
- Krystian and Bogdan review expectations and participation needs, and clarify anything necessary privately. Review is separate from offering a session place.
- We stay in touch by email roughly every three weeks during recruitment and before the start. You can reply to stop January contact at any time.
- Once dates and frequency are confirmed, we ask whether the exact arrangements work for you. We allocate places after this reconfirmation, subject to suitability and capacity, and send the Google Meet link privately.
If we cannot form a suitable, reachable group for January, we will tell interested people, explain the next review point and offer an easy way to withdraw. We will not treat silence as confirmation or promise a later place.
Coming from Meetup?
You can express January interest whether you are a member, have RSVP’d before or were on a waitlist. You do not need a session offer first. Meetup membership or an RSVP does not replace cohort registration, founder review or later exact-date reconfirmation.
What taking part involves
Connection and reflection come first. You can explore a small intention without having a fixed goal, and choose whether to revisit, adapt or pass on a step. There is no mandatory homework, progress reporting or pressure to share personal experiences. Any preparation is optional, private and does not need to be submitted.
Webcams are required unless you give a valid reason, reviewed by facilitators. Please email us about access needs without including medical histories.
Sessions are mainly in English. Polish and Romanian support may be available for registration, clarification, and access needs where possible. The first pilot does not promise full live translation.
Contact choices
Email is the current contact route. If you would be interested in optional private WhatsApp reminders in future, tell us by email without sending a phone number now. This service is not operating yet; email-only participation will remain possible. We will not add you to a WhatsApp group.
Recruitment updates and reminders are bounded session administration, not ongoing personal support or a general newsletter. Reply to any update or email us to stop contact.
