Respect keeps the group possible.

Weekly online sessions run on Tuesdays, 7:00-8:00pm UK time. The Google Meet link is sent only after registration review.

By joining the group, you agree to:

• take part respectfully;
• allow others space to speak;
• keep other people's stories private, while understanding facilitators may need to act if someone is at risk;
• avoid hate speech, harassment, intimidation, or discrimination;
• avoid diagnosing, pressuring, or trying to fix other people;
• avoid asking other members for money, favours, romantic contact, or private support;
• use a webcam during the session unless you have a valid reason, reviewed by facilitators;
• understand that the group is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, immigration advice, housing advice, or employment advice;
• understand that facilitators may pause, redirect, mute, remove, or follow up if needed to keep the group safe.
