Connection & Direction is a free weekly online reflective support group for adults in London who may be experiencing isolation, low confidence, lack of motivation, cultural disconnection, or uncertainty about their next step.
First online taster: Tuesday 2 June 2026, 7:00-8:00pm BST.
The group combines facilitated reflection, peer connection, and practical signposting. It aims to support confidence, wellbeing, social connection, and movement towards meaningful activity, volunteering, learning, work, relationships, or community involvement.
It is trauma-informed and psychologically informed, but it is not therapy, counselling, or crisis support. It is suitable for adults who can participate safely in a respectful online group.
I know of a free online group called Connection & Direction. It is a respectful space to talk, reflect, meet others, and identify one small next step. It is not therapy or crisis support, but it may be useful if you want more connection, confidence, or direction. Would you like the registration link?
Preferred launch route: ask the person to complete the Google Registration Form themselves, or support them to complete it with consent. Referrers should not send sensitive personal details unless necessary and agreed.
Sessions are mainly in English. The first pilot does not promise full live translation.
